I went with STL Design and Build to complete a bathroom remodel. The entire process was a breeze. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. The salesmen that came to the house, pre COVID-19, were knowledgeable and extremely professional. They even worked with my daughter, this was the kids bathroom, to pick colors that would work well together. They explained everything in detail. The contractor was timely and professional. Cleanup was minimal as he made every effort to clean up as much as he could each day before leaving. A day after the project was completed, we found a leak coming from the bathroom. Within an hour of calling the office, someone was back out to assess the damage. The leak was fixed within 24 hours and the damage caused from the leak was repaired and cleaned. I woke one night to find my kitchen flooded from a mal-function dishwasher. Water everywhere and dripping from my kitchen floor to the basement. What a mess. St. Louis Design and Build came to the rescue. Tom came out to the house - helped plan for entire remodel. He more or less took over and made some wonderful suggestions and walked me through everything. Rick and Steve arrived and were the craftsmen on the job. They took their time to make sure that things were perfect. Taking an old kitchen and re-configuring into a new kitchen in the same space is a trick in itself. They were great. Naturally things take longer than you want - but they were always there for any questions that I had and with all the answers. Everyone was neat, tidy and cleaned up every night when they were finished. Arrived on time or let me know that they weren't able to be here for whatever reason. They stood by everything and if I wasn't happy they bent over backwards to see that I was. The entire staff that I dealt with was very professional and I would definitely recommend them for your remodel needs. They earned the "good housekeeping seal".... [more]
