Call Center Representative

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Representative to join our all-star team. Our ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable producing dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and is dedicated to delivering top-quality service.
General Job Duties:
- Study and learn/maintain our company, our culture, our brand and position within the industry, and product offerings through inbound and outbound prospecting calls, emails and texting to schedule appointments (free estimates) supporting sales growth.
- Increase brand awareness and education about our products and services to our prospects and customers through telephone calls, emails and texting interactions.
- Assist outside sales reps by following up on their leads daily.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and customers.
- Answer incoming calls and perform triage of inquiries.
- Be accountable for achieving and exceeding personal and team goals and metrics.
- Work individually and with management to identify personal areas of opportunity.
- Follow up and follow through with leads, prospects and customers to maintain and enhance our outstanding levels of customer service.
- Other duties as may be assigned by owner/management.
Qualifications / Skills:

Education and Experience:

Compensation:
STL Design & Build offers a competitive salary and commission structure.
- $40,000 – $65,000 / year on average with the potential to earn even more!

Interior Residential Remodeling Contractor
Seeking experienced crews to join our team (both independent contractors and employee positions available). In addition to crews, we are also looking for assistant carpenters/tradesmen to join/support crews.
Must be able to do all facets of residential remodeling. If applying for bathroom division must be able to do drywall, tile showers and floors, jetted tubs, showers, minor plumbing (shower valves and faucets), minor electrical.
If applying for kitchen division, must be able to set cabinets, crown modeling, tile backsplash, installing kitchen faucets, lighting and flooring.

Exterior Residential Remodeling Contractor
Description
Seeking experienced crews to join our team (both independent contractors and employee positions available). In addition to crews, we are also looking for assistant carpenters/tradesmen to join/support crews.
Experience should include one or more of the following skill sets:
Deck Installer: Experience with both wood and composite decking, as well as flat work for stair pads. Experience with all types of railing systems, especially aluminum rails such as Westbury.
Window Installer: Experience in removing and replacing windows in existing homes. Providing detailed measurements for manufacturer orders, removing old windows, preparing the opening for new windows, fitting new windows securely and ensuring they are weathertight. Experience with a break for exterior trim work and experience with caulking.
Siding/Gutter Installer: Previous experience with various siding products such as vinyl and Hardy Board. Experience with different types of backer board and insulation. Experience with a break for exterior trim work.

Canvasser/Brand Ambassador
Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Canvasser to talk to the public about our range of products and services. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for approaching people at home, and on the street, and telling them about our products/services.
To ensure success as a Canvasser, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong background in sales, and the ability to provide information on a range of products. Ultimately, a top-notch Canvasser is someone who can intimately relate to people face-to-face and sell the company products/services without coming across as aggressive.
Responsibilities
- Memorizing and reciting sales scripts or statements prepared by the employer.
- Driving to Canvassing locations
